All our deliveries are made by courier and are delivered after 1-5 business days, depending on the place of delivery. There are NO shipping costs.

In discounts periods, shipping and delivery can be extended by 5 working days.

* Make sure you have filled in your mobile phone correctly when ordering in order for the transport company to contact you.

(*) Shipping times may change due to unstable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays etc.
(*) For orders placed by depositing in a bank account, the payment of the money by the bank must have been confirmed.

The prices of the products include VAT.

If you wish to cancel the order you will contact the Manager of the online store at 28310 52747 or you will send an email to info@forumshop.gr for its cancellation, no later than 2 hours after completing your order. In case the products have already been shipped, you should not accept their receipt, so that they can be returned to the company.

If you discover that the product is not the one you wanted, our company allows you to return it within fourteen (14) days of delivery, only if unused and in its original condition. When the product has been used or its original packaging has been tampered, the return shall not be accepted. If the return is not made within the period of 14 calendar days of delivery or if any of the conditions for returns are not fulfilled, FORUM company has the right not to accept the return of the products.

You have the ability to:

1. Make the change at FORUM store.

2. Change the product: After contacting us, we will place your new order, stating “RETURN” as payment method and adding the word “CHANGE” in the comments. Then, send us the package with the product, enclosing the proof of purchase.
All returns must be accompanied by the retail sales receipt. Credit balances from product returns can be used for up to one year from the issuance of the return receipt. Where an invoice has been issued, returns should be accompanied by a dispatch note.
In all the above cases the payment costs (cash on delivery, courier and bank transfer costs) are borne by the customer.
Κάθε επιστροφή πραγματοποιείται αποκλειστικά μέσω της ΕΛΤΑ COURIER (Πόρτα-Πόρτα) ή μέσω της SPEEDEX COURIER δηλώνοντας χρέωση παραλήπτη στην εκάστοτε courier. Τα έξοδα επιστροφής είναι 4€ και θα προστεθούν στη νέα παραγγελία.

Payment is made before or during the delivery of products, in one of the following ways:

1. By charging your debit or prepaid card. You are charged when sending your order, through the secure banking environment of ALPHA BANK
   a) via credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.
   b) by using the Masterpass electronic wallet.
2. By cash on delivery of the products. In this case, customers are charged the amount of 2,70€ (including VAT)
3. Online payment via PayPal
4. By deposit/remittance to the following bank account. In the field reason for deposit, always state first your order number, followed by your surname and then your name. Attention: When the deposit is made from any other Greek or foreign bank, when completing the remittance, customers must choose to bear all remittance costs themselves.
